Always choose to stay here. Helpful staff with dining directions at first stay. Perfect place for me, has Wi-Fi, cookware, flat-screen TV, lift. Coming back for Christmas. Very satisfied. No regrets.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the clear and stylish apartments, with comfortable furnishings and good Wi-Fi. The apartments were well-equipped, including a washing machine, which was perfect for our road trip. The generous provisions, such as milk, coffee, and snacks, were a bonus. The location was great, with a short walk to the vibrant city center and the beautiful walk along the river to the Guggenheim. The guardian's hospitality was outstanding, with surprises like cakes and a bottle of wine, making us feel truly cared for.

Nice central location within walking distance to various attractions and amenities. The owner provided helpful information about the area, food, and things to do, which enhanced our stay.- The apartment was stylishly furnished and spotlessly clean, making for a comfortable stay.

There was a lot of noise from the street at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The surrounding streets gave us an uncomfortable feeling of safety, especially for families with young children.

I had a bit of a language barrier issue when trying to arrange the collection of keys, but luckily a friendly stranger helped me out. The host finally arrived and showed me around with lots of gestures. The apartment itself was lovely, with modern amenities and stylish decoration. I even had the use of an iPad. Despite a slight issue with the door lock and some noise from nearby bars, I still had a pleasant stay.

The location couldn't be any better - right in the heart of Bilbao! We had a blast exploring the vibrant old quarter and checking out the Guggenheim museum. The apartment was super modern and had a cool design, perfect for our teenage squad. Plus, the guy who welcomed us gave us awesome tips on where to eat and party!

The only thing we wished for was a rooftop terrace or a chill-out area where we could hang out with our friends and enjoy the summer vibes. Everything else was amazing though!

our second stay in bilbao was even better than the first. this time, we chose a modern, well-equipped apartment in a vibrant part of the city. silvia, our lovely host, made us feel welcome by bringing us breakfast every morning. perfect for families and close to all the sights.
